How do you start a Polaris scrambler 50?
Mix up a small batch of 40:1 fuel/oil mixture, it might be a bit on the rich side but that’s fine. Purchase a cheap spray bottle from Walmart ot Menards, etc. Pull the air cleaner off so you have access to the carb. Press on the throttle to lift the slide in the carb and shoot 2 or 3 squirts of fuel into the carb and then try starting it.

A brand new factory carb should be set so the machine will start. Then you fine tune after that. the carb is brand new , but it is a aftermarket carb just tried spraying fuel directly through the carb same thing would turn over fine but wouldn,t fire still getting spark but wouldnt run
