Why does my King quad engine not start?
In that chart it should show the values on your pickup off your stator. If it is flat lined when you crank the engine it could be defective or wire is pinched and grounding to frame. As well what that connects to it will send a signal to the ECU and that might have a melted wire or damaged .
Why does the fi light go out on my King Quad?
People have a tendency to pull on the wire harness instead of the plug and breaks or makes a bad connection, for that signal to talk to the ECU. If bad signal no signal to trigger the coil and no spark at plug. When you get it running the FI light should go out.

ECU works in friend’s quad. Changed temperature sensor, rectifier, ignition coil, air pressure sensor, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, added chassis ground. I know I have fuel to injector but none through throttle body.
What kind of injector does a King Quad use?
Injector works in a bench test with 12v and 30 psi air. I’ve pinned out all sensor connections through ECU plug and all are good and sensors check out within specs based on service manual info. The quad just cranks over with out a hint of trying to start. Tried dumping fuel directly into throttle body and nothing.

Start up, head over to the campgrounds, ride for 5 minutes or less… I am not sure what is wrong with my King Quad. I had a new carburetor put in 6 months ago, just replaced the fuel pump and added an in-line fuel filter in. I have been trying to fix this quad for a while now and do not know what is wrong with it.

Why is the fi light flashing on my King Quad?
Changed all that out and now the FI light flashes once every second. Put quad in dealer mode and get -C00 code and FI light stops flashing. Back to user mode and the FI light starts flashing again. ECU works in friend’s quad. Changed temperature sensor, rectifier, ignition coil, air pressure sensor, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, added chassis ground.
