Why does the gear indicator on my Polaris RZR say H?

Our 2012 50″ does the same thing, sometimes it is “P”, sometime “L”, then it will be “H”. I have puller the sensor and cleaned the contacts, checked the resistance per the manual. Sometimes it does it at startup, when cool, then everything works when it comes to operation temp. Other times it is just opposite.

Half way through Saturday it started to display “L” in low, and in high, so he at least had 4wd. Has anybody run accross this before? That’s an odd one………I’ve never heard of that happening before.
