Why does my Yamaha Grizzly Pop through the CARB?
It doesn’t do after I am going faster, only about 10 mph and under. It also does it sometimes when I let off the throttle. It seems to do it worse when its cold. When it does it shoots fire back through the carb. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
Why does my Grizzly bike keep backfiring?
Run at the speed where the bike seems to do most of the backfiring. Once you’re there, reach over and thumb the choke on. If the bike seems to want to run better, you’re lean. If it starts to crap out immediately, that ain’t the problem… The temperature also affects the jetting…
Where is the adjustment screw on a Yamaha Grizzly?
There’s an adjustment screw on the bottom of the carb on the intake tract side of the whole deal. If you try opening it up A QUARTER OF A TURN AT A TIME, it should clear it up. As Craig also pointed out; a good cleaning may also shake loose some gunk that’s impeding fuel flow through all of those tiny orifices in the carb.

Why is my Grizzly cutting out when you?
A lot of outboards use low and high speed windings and it sorta sounds like this kinda problem. If your stator and coil check out and your carb is ok Id say pack.Stator may just be a loose wire there or the end on one is broken off and the protective covering is holding it together with no connection.
