How to troubleshoot a mule that will not start?
Everything was running fine put it up one night, went out the next morning was a little harder to start (normally fires right up said it kind of sputtered) road it around a little and then parked it went back later and it will not start turn over but will not start. So hear is what I have went through.
What’s the problem with my Kawasaki MULE 610?
Here is an on-line part sheet that showed the 27002 as a relay. I have never seen a 610 so I can’t be much more help. Also check for blown fuses. I had a 610, the same thing happened to me. I even replaced the ECM, you won’t believe what the problem was. The ground cable was oxidized and loose.

Is the ignition switch on my610 mule bad?

I would say replace the solenoid, they are $30 or so on eBay and easy to install, but I had the same problem on my Mule 550 gas and a new solenoid did not fix the problem. I posted a similar question yesterday, but have not received any replies.

Locate the idle adjust screw, or accelerator stop screw on the side of the carburetor that is above the top of the rear axle of the vehicle. Loosen the idle adjust screw by moving it a 1/4 turn, counter-clockwise. Start the engine and see if it runs smoother.
