If I spray some starting fluid (WD-40 etc) into the cylinders and continue to spray directly into the Carb, it will run. But merely seconds after I stop spraying directly into the carb, the engine dies, meaning it’s burning the fluid, and not he fuel.

Can a power washer start without starting fluid?

I have a power washer with a briggs and stratton motor i can only get it to start by using starting fluid. What would the issue be? Once it’s ran for awhile i can re-start it without using starting fluid. Thanks for the help. Check the carburetor choke make sure its working properly…!
