Why does my Grizzly 600 have no spark?
do you have power to the coil from the cdi box. if you do not get some kind of crank signal from the cdi box then your coil will not spark. remove the plug wire and try to starting it. see if the coil arcs to itself. most will. if it does then put a new plug and wire on it. What year is your Grizzly?
How does the CDI box work on a grizzly?
Except for the motor and overall bike size. All of the electrionic’s are the same. In simple terms, a pickup coil senses crank position,it tells the cdi box to fire the coil,the coil fires and now you have a spark at the plug.So the CDI box (the little computer) doesn’t care what bike it is on.

What should the stator measure on a Yamaha 600 Grizzly?
The stator should measure little to no resistance within the coils, but from coil to ground on the engine should be nothing or it would be a grounded stator = no good. If you had a grounded stator it could have grounded the ignition system, but it would have also killed the battery.
