Pappy is correct about the fuel pump all 800 RZRs require a minimum of 39psi at all times from the fuel pump. Borrow a tester from an auto parts store and test the pressure at the back end of the fuel rail. If it drops below 39psi at any time replace the fuel pump.

Are there any engine problems on a Polaris Ranger?

I did see a member recently post that he had some bad lifters (Polaris is covering it under warranty even though it is beyond the warranty period), but that is the exception rather than the rule.
