Shouldnt be too hard to find. We just fixed 2 Grizzleys with the same problem. The brake pedal has a cable that runs up to the “shift box”. Take the boot off the top of the shift box and where that cable goes in there is a metal “stud” that keeps it from going in reverse.

How do you get a grizzly to Park?
Helmut, I have to rock mine to get it into park and when I start it (without holding the brake lever) I have to rock the wheeler so the park light comes on and then it will start. Kind of a pain in the keester, but I get used to it. Just something that Grizzly owners put up with I guess.
