Why is so much gas coming out of my exhaust pipe?
Another possible source of that much fuel would be the fuel pressure regulator leaking and the fuel traveling into the intake manifold via it’s vacuum hose. How is the engine running, is it rough, misfiring?

Adding an in-line fuel filter isn’t a bad idea, either. DO AN OIL CHANGE — the gas will seep past the rings and collect in the crankcase. Gas is a very poor lubricant, and can cause problems with seals. Pull the spark plugs, then crank the motor over until no more fluid comes out.

Fuel was actually draining out of the exhaust pipe and onto the ground. (This was after 15 or so kicks) So I pulled the carb cover, and could see nothing wrong. So I pulled the fuel and oil lines, and saw nothing wrong, no busted pipes, no leaking inside the carb.

What has happened is that the float in your carburator is stuck open or is blocked open by dirt in the float bowl. When this happens, the fuel will feed through the carb, fill up your entire crankcase, and then exit through your exhaust.
