Is the 04 DS650 the same as the 03?
The 04 DS650 have the same mods as the X, but I installed Dynojet kit. This is the DS in the dyno run. Then the 3rd DS, is a 03 model, with a Ron Woods full exhaust, dynojet kit, K&N and intake air pipe mod. In the drags my raptor kills the DS’s, and the Baja X is doing the worst of them all.
How many HP does a woods DS650 have?
The Woods DS still need some jetting work, and it might pick up a little more HP than the Yoshi DS. Both bikes where jetted correctly. At the moment my raptor is pushing out 47.8 HP and the DS650 40.8 HP. I can make my raptor push out 49.5 HP, but then I loose low down power and Torque.
What’s the difference between a Raptor and DS650?
The raptor graph is the solid line. The DS is the broken line. Green is torque in NM and red is HP. Low down the bikes are very similar, but at 5300 onwards there are big differences in power. Just curious, but do you work at a dealership?
Is the Suzuki DR650 engine a good car?

Is there no power to the dash or ignition?

What causes 3rd gear whine on Suzuki DR650?
3rd gear issues- Some DR’s can have a pronounced whine in 3rd gear which can be caused by the hardening wearing off or a badly cut gear. Not catastrophic but annoying anyway. 3rd gear has also been known to disintegrate in a small number of cases.
