How do you start a Kawasaki 3010 mule?
The 3010 has an electric fuel pump. You should hear the pump start and run when you turn on the key. Let it pump a minute, then try to start the Mule. Also, make sure you are not trying to start with a low battery, that could be a life long effort. These require the battery be fully charged for the pump and relays to function properly.

The pump senses pulsing from the front ignition coil-so if one of the coil wires is off, it’ll never pump any fuel. Might be worth a look-see. Possible that the filter may be plugged from sucking the dirt out of the bottom of the tank.
