Are there any problems with the Suzuki King Quad 300?
This is a neat little forum and every thread I see has replies with reasonable answers, so I signed up in hopes of getting to the bottom of my 300 king quad problems I was using another forum, but it seems I’m the only guy answering questions over there lol. Anyway, I’m having trouble similar to the OP.
How can I Fix my Suzuki King Quad carburetor?
There is a fuel pump which works off vacuum from the intake stroke. The vacuum pipe connects to the carb. Disconect fuel pipe from the carb and turn over engine, fuel should spurt out. Remove carb and clean it out. Also check the carb-cylinder pipe, it could be cracked. I hope this helps need hose diaogram for 1993 Suzuki king quad?
Why does my King quad bike not start?
Your starter is the biggest draw of both power and ground and it has it’s own ground that comes right off the battery to the engine casing. the ATV won’t start. Now here is where problems can arise.

Doesn’t mean it’s a good connection. have some corrosion. is Snorkels. designed to run deep water. than a set of snorkels.
What’s the needle clip on a Suzuki quad 300?
I’ve installed a 140 main in place of the 120 something. Needle clip is per spec at 4 clip from top. All these specs seem odd to me. Usually carbs are set at 3rd clip (middle one) and mixture screw is 1.5 turns out instead of 2 5/8 like the spec says.
