Are there any problems with the defender hd10 XT?
I traded my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 on a Defender HD10 xt because of clutch issues with the Honda. I go back periodically to the Honda Forum to watch the problems with the machine.
Can a Polaris Ranger 1000 stop jerky starts?
The test vehicles were a Ranger 900 and my own Ranger 1000. After the belt install, we pulled out of the shop and sat at the bottom of the pond **** that sits in front of our shop, left it in High range and put in AWD, I was able to creep up the **** barely moving and never a jerk or slip, the owner was blown away.
Do you use high or low for jerky starts?
No you can use high more I just don’t think it is a good idea is all, so it is much more hd, it has a warranty and it is less than the oe. Even with a better belt I’d still use low when moving slowly. Any belt slipping on the clutches will cause more heat and heat is bad for nearly everything.
Are there any problems with the Honda defender?
I have yet to have any issues at all with the Defender and it feels satisfying to read about the Honda issues. I haven’t seen any threads on this site about problems with the Defender, and that is great. Is it my imagination or is this the best machine out there.

Are there any issues with the defender Max?
I just took delivery of my Defender Max last Thursday and I have put 58 miles on it with only one issue. The drivers front brake line is incorrect for the machine. The hard part of the line that attaches to the caliper was pointing forward in front of the machine. When I turned hard left it would pinch the brake line shut.
Why does my defender HD 10 have coolant leak?
My dealership lent me one from a new machine as they did not have on in stock to get it to the shop and their mechanic snapped that one putting it back in original machine. I also have a coolant leak somewhere. Is anybody else having issues or am I just that lucky to get a built on Friday machine?
Is the can Am defender XT-P a good car?
