Pulled plug changed plug, and it gets plenty of spark, finger over spark plug hole will blow back when turning engine over, cleaned fuel filter, new gas, pull fuel line to carb gas is pumping to the carb, pulled carb cleaned it…. Here is an on-line part sheet that showed the 27002 as a relay. I have never seen a 610 so I can’t be much more help. Also check for blown fuses. I had a 610, the same thing happened to me. I even replaced the ECM, you won’t believe what the problem was. The ground cable was oxidized and loose.
