Why does my Honda 450 run out of fuel?

What’s the problem with my Honda 450 Foreman?
Took off the lid to the air box and there was what appeared to be a puddle of oil. (Have made no recent adjustments or service work) Now, I’ve changed plug, plug wire & coil, oil change and filter, cleaned breather foam and replaced air cleaner.
