A TPS is also possible, but I bet it’s just worn with knowing you’ve had it eight year’s and it’s high mileage. The 4.2 has plenty of power to stay locked at 50 – 60 mph, even with the car full of family & stuff and even on slight inclines.

What causes vibration at 25 to 30 mph?
Discussion in ‘ 5th Gen 4Runners (2010+) ‘ started by Kennyp, Nov 24, 2018 . Just noticed a vibration at 25 to 30 mph that feels like driving on corrugated road. It only happens between the speeds I mentioned. No new tires, rims or anything added. Nothing stuck to rims.
Why is my car losing power at low speeds?
