Why did NTB replace the front axle on my car?
NTB did not diagnose the car but instead took it upon themselves to replace the front axles because my daughter told them she thinks that is where the clicking sound is coming from, according to the shop manager. A trained mechanic taking the advice of a college kid, go figure.
