Why is my radiator fan not kicking on?
Yeah I know, that’s why we found it strange that the o2 sensor fuse was correlating with the fans not kicking on. But as I said, the downstream o2 wire was burned thru, causing it to contact the downpipe and blow the fuse. Somehow with that short and the fuse blown, it’s not allowing the fan to kick on.

Why are the cooling fans on my car not running?
The problem persists; the engine will reach 200, the thermostat opens (determined by watching the temp. gauge), but the fans do not start. If I disconnect the (new!) temperature sensor, both fans start.
Why are the cooling fans not working on my car?
Many other issues can cause the engine to run hot or overheat. Rather than uncommonly high engine temps, the driver may notice that the cooling fans have stopped running. A faulty or broken relay cannot deliver power to the cooling fans. In turn, the unpowered fans won’t run, leaving the radiator to its own devices.
