Why is the heat not working on the passenger side?
These are all good advice as I would start with a vacuum issue that is not switching the passenger side to cool or the other being the blend actuator is history and not shutting down the heat side and open the A/C side of things. Either way this could be very annoying to deal with as it would drive me to drink.
