Why are the vents on my car not blowing air?
I just bought a new climate control box and installed it, but it did not fix the problem. That is, the light behind the blower knob still does not illuminate and, the center and windshield vents do not blow air when the blend selector knob on the right end is adjusted (see photo).

If you have an older car then the defroster system is controlled by using vacuum supplied by the engine. Lift the hood and inspect the vacuum hose or tube that leads from the intake manifold to the passenger’s side firewall.
