How to replace the gear gaiter partner Van?

Slow and low! I’d say, pull upwards while twisting the gear knob, you’d probably need a fair bit of brute force but it wil come off. Then change the gaitor and fit the new knob. You must log in or register to reply here.

Is the manual shift lever on my 109 CDI worn?

I bought a great little 109 CDI recently and spent a bit of time fixing up some things – including the manual shift lever that was so worn all gears were shifted over to the left so the point reverse was hard to get (the light would not go on either) and third/fourth were almost on top of first/second.
