You have two audio drivers, which may be conflicting. And as your Intel driver is also your video driver, I’d try disabling the Conexant HD driver. To do this go back to Device Manager, select the Conexant driver, right-click and select Disable (not uninstall). See if that makes any difference.

Both radios come on, and can change screens, and the back up camera works too. This is a VAN, so there isn’t any amp in the trunk. No sound in any of the speakers. The connections to the car wiring are good, and even blew out the connections with compressed air to ensure a clean seating with the wiring.
