How many miles does a Mercedes Benz R500 have?
I’m interested in purchasing a 2006 R500, and I was wondering if there are any gotchas or long-term reliability issues I should be worried about. I found one in my area that has 66k miles, but it seems like a lot of the interior switches are having issues (driver’s seat forward switch, rear window child lock switch).
Is the Mercedes R500 a five year old car?
As mentioned above, some of these services were wear and tear (it is a five year old car, after all) and some of these services were merely scheduled maintenance, which all German cars require with good practical reason. Is the Mercedes-Benz R500 out of warranty?
I presume the 2006 is out of warranty. My daughters 2007 R 350 (under CPO warranty) just had the same air shock problem mentioned above. It would have cost over $2000 without the warranty. When something breaks on these things it’s very expensive.
Is the Mercedes are Class A good car?
“I bought a used approved R-Class from a big Mercedes-Benz dealer around 16 months ago. The car has had a history of problems from the time I purchased it i.e. steering wheel issues and suspension problems.
How often should I have my Mercedes R500 in for service?
My point being, when I was thinking about buying this R500, I would have never expected to have it in for service every six months, especially a car that Mercedes had inspected and certified. I hesitated on value of a $3k+ extended warranty.
When does Mercedes-Benz 2006 R500 come off warranty?
My daughters 2007 R 350 (under CPO warranty) just had the same air shock problem mentioned above. It would have cost over $2000 without the warranty. When something breaks on these things it’s very expensive. My 2008 E63 comes off warranty next June and it will be gone before then unless I buy an extended waranty.
