Yes Stan is useless always something wrong with it. Is there anyway you can change in your settings when you’ve got Stan paused for 30 minutes and it goes back to the main menu? It’s now doing that whilst I’m actually watching a show/movie.

Up the very top of the home page towards the right-hand side you should see “History”. Accessing this will bring up previously watched titles and episodes. Alternatively, click on the series from the home page or simply search for the title and click on it. From there, click on “All episodes” all available episodes will be listed!

The Stan app will not load unless you load Netflix first and then load the Stan app (????????). Once the Stan app loads and a Movie is selected we get the message “Just a moment. We’re fetching your stream” then nothing happens. We can stream Netflix. We have NBN speeds in excess of 40 mb/s. We can stream Stan wirelessly to our iPads.

How do I change the audio track on Stan?

Change the Audio track to English, and try streaming Stan again. Please note that by selecting ‘English’, Stan will stream in stereo (2 channel audio). Press the power button on your remote to shut down your device. When the device has finished shutting down, unplug your device from power for at least 1 minute.

Why do I have audio issues with Stan?

If you don’t experience this issue on Low SD it is likely your device’s audio settings are not configured correctly and this can cause a wide range of audio issues. In your device settings disable 5.1 audio and then attempt to stream Stan again on your chosen video quality.
