The Highlander…or at least my 2003 V6 only has 3 sensor’s not the 4 shown here. The part numbers for bank one and bank 2 are the same and the post cat sensor is the one with a flange, a gasket and two bolts. One other thing that image shows two exhaust manifolds with four exhaust ports each.
