Click to expand… I had a W210 and to remove the head rests there are two small screws on the bottom of the back of the seat underneath, you cant se them you have to get right down. You then pull the back seat lining down and you can see the headrests stops on the base of the metal rod inside, unclip and pull the headrest up.
