What happens if there is no power on both sides of the window?
If there is power on both sides then the fuse is good and there is power. If there is no power on either side of the fuse then it’s likely there is no power on all three fuses, 24, 25, and 26. Power to those fuses is controlled by the power window relay in the driver’s side underdash fuse box.
