What does EDC flashlight mean?

An everyday carry (EDC) flashlight simply doesn’t need the functionality present in a tactical flashlight. They can be great for outdoor activities like camping, but you shouldn’t usually be using it when you are a first-responder.

Which is better olight or Fenix?

Better comparison would be the fenix pd35 style (pd36 will bring it closer to the lumens on the olight) vs that olight. But its just personal preference both are great lights. I also recommend Fenix, which is compact and of high quality.

I recently bought a mercedes sprinter 311 cdi lwb luton which is just 3 years old and has done 1298 miles just had it mot and serviced. The EDC light on the dash comes on sometimes with the fuel light, eventhough there is half a tank of fuel in there, i have no manual to tell me what this EDC means or what is happening, can anyone help please??
