Its probably the door control unit – can you swap them over to move the fault. The window motor has a potentiometer in it too – that could be at fault. Try the window reset procedure first – push up on first movement of switch, count how long it takes to travel then hold on second movement of switch for the same amount of time. About 5 secs.
