My 2008 E350 4Matic has also developed the rough shifting problem. This car has only 69k miles. I wonder if Mercedes has any recalls on this issue? Transmission fails to shift out of 2nd gears, must pull over put lever in Park turn off engine, wait several seconds and restart.
