No, unfortunately the problem is not fixed. I sent the car to Mercaid and they replaced all the rubber seals, at a cost of c.£600, I had the roof re-sealed and it still leeks. As you state it appears to only happen when the car is stationary. Mercaid recommended a new roof at the cost of £2000.
