Why does my seat not work in my Mercedes CLA 250?
The seat controls have always worked when the car was moving and if it was fuse it would not have started working again. I suspect a software gremlin that got sorted out when the car was turned of and restarted. Has been fine since. 2014 CLA 250 4Matic, Polar Silver, Premium Package, Bi-Xenon Lights, Pano Roof, Blind Spot Assist, Burl Dash Insert.

Replaced the switch in the driver door and still doesn’t work.i needed the switch anyway but before I throw any more parts at this thing anybody have an idea of what it could be? Aren’t the 2 other things that operate the seat the door control module and the seat module? Check for broken wires under the seat where they connect to the plugs.

If its is CLK320 2002, then is it the fuse no 6. white 25 fuse. Otherwise please check the list in the fuse box, it will tell you which one is for seat adjustment. yep my passenger seat has the same problem. i can still hear a clicking sound when i press the backward and forward button though…. like its stuck…

What to do if electric seat does not work?
Some folks have had success by ‘resetting’ the Seat Adjustment control unit modules (N32/1 or N32/2) by removing/replacing the relevant fuse. (date dependent) Up to 31/05/04 – fuse f27. As of 01/06/04 – fuse f29. Up to 31/05/04 – fuse f38. As of 01/06/04 – fuse f34. Does the headrest lower if you manually fold the seat forward?
