Why does my eco car not start or stop?

What happens when you turn off the Eco Light?
The ECO light goes yellow and the engine does not shut down when the battery is not fully charged. When the battery is at full charge, the ECO light goes green and the engine will shut down when you come to a complete stop with your foot on the brake. You can also turn the ECO feature off.
