Plug-in cable on the AnyCast and HDMI converter and connect to a USB port. This will power up both devices. Press the button on the side of AnyCast to enable ScreenShare. On your Android phone, go to Settings > Share & Connect > Screen Sharing (You can also use MirrorLink)
