What causes turbo pressure to deviate on sprinter 906?

I have problem whit this Sprinter. Turbo pressure deviates. Its whit high and low pressure turbo. I checked vacuum in both turbo, all linkages moving on and off when i actuate.. I replace exhaust back pressure sensor.

Is there a low boost or high boost code on sprinter?

One time its a low boost code next its high boost code. I was looking at the can signal the other day and my scope batt was going flat so I plugged it into the 12v aux socket in the van.

What should the back pressure be on a sprinter?

With vehicle cold, check pressures are equal. Boost, intake, atmospheric, back pressure. Shouldn’t have deviation of 20. Also make sure all are registering. I had one where the atmospheric pressure sensor which is built in to CDI wouldn’t move or fluctuate going up and down Hills.

Why does my Mercedes Sprinter have low boost pressure?

They said they was no leak while pressure testing. You will have low boost pressure when the fault occurs. This fault could be absolutely anything from blocked fuel filters to a hole in the intercooler. A sticky waste gate or perhaps the variable vane in the turbo sticking.
