What kind of power loss does a Silverado have?
Silverado with a 5.3 v8 and I have had a terrible power loss problem. From a dead stop when I step on the gas its really boggy and wont pick up speed until about 3000 rpm.

2007 Silverado 4.3 V6 -39,000 miles…no engine or tranny mods. No exhaust. I do have a K&N air filter that I just cleaned. I don’t think I have that MAF sensor on my intake like the more expensive trucks do. My problem seems to be a lack of power, like it just doesn’t want to go (V6 jokes aside).
