How do I reset my Mercedes C300 radio?
How to do a soft reset of the COMAND / NAV Radio System
- Locate the fuse box on the side of the dash on driver’s side.
- Remove the fuse box cover.
- Locate fuse 26 and 28. Remove both fuses.
- Locate the fuse box on the rear.
- Remove the key from the ignition and let the car stay off for at least 15 min.

Why is the command screen blank on my Mercedes Benz?
The Command screen went black and the system is not responding to the out eject button. But I can still play all my cd (s) and listen to radio but I can’t see anything on the screen. I have taken the car to a Benz workshop, they can not help my situation as they asked me to replace the whole unit.
Why did the COMAND screen go out on my Mercedes CLA?
The COMAND Screen Display went out after I returned from shopping and started the car. No issues before. Anyway it stayed off and I tried using the “ON” button the radio to turn it on/off, but nothing. However, the Sat radio, radio, bluetooth, navi, etc. still worked but I used the little screen in the dash to control them.

Why is the navigation screen on my Mercedes GLC black?
When I put the car in reverse, it worked fine, but when I started driving, the navigation screen, the radio screen and the media screen was black. After I got home a few minutes later, I turned my SUV off and on again couple of times, and each time it was black.
