Had exactly the same problem… Just brought in my 350 to have the Airscarf repaired for exactly the same issue. Passenger side ran for a few seconds and then shut off.

How to fix heated seats on a cab?
On anything with a second row of seats you can get at it fairly easily from the second row, on a regular cab pickup you’ll have a time of it. Look at the connector pins for signs of overheating on the orange and black wires, if so, cut those two wires and crimp on a suitable bullet or spade connector.
Are there any problems with the seat prgram?
BTW, I hate the seat prgram when it does work, if you make a change to your seat position and memorize it then it goes thru every position you ever memorized (does the same thing in my wifes C320 wagon). Is there anyway to erase the position and start anew? Had exactly the same problem…
