Can a headlight be changed to RHD in Spain?
I just purchased a Ultima can am RHD, but I live in Spain, and I need to change the orientation of the headlight light and put a reversing light (law obliges). 1. Can the light beam be “oriented”? If so, how? 2. In case you can not change it, what can I do? 3. The spanish law requiered me to have a reversing light, which does not carry the car.
Is there an option to switch from LHD to RHD?
It had xenon,s that pointed where you stear. That had an option in the menu to switch from lhd to RHD settings. I have no idea what other cars have this.
How to change the direction of the headlight?
Very simple. Remove the cover from inside the front clip. On the back of the headlight unit (from memory) there are 2 screws. loosen them and twist the whole unit by about 30 degrees and re-tighten the screws. Repeat on the other side. Enjoy. Give the Factory a call.
Can a Dodge headlight switch be put off?
If you’re going to drive abroad regularly one dodge is to put the deflectors on a set of headlamp protectors, which can be easily put on/off the vehicle. Looks like a trip to Halfords! I’m not into ‘fiddly’ these days so the switch idea won’t even get off the ground. Not a bad idea about the protectors though.
