How long does it take to charge a Mazda 3 battery?

The Mazda service instructions specify to remove the battery and charge with a constant current of 10 to 15 A for a specified time (e.g. 4.5hrs for a specific gravity of 1.2). I have a CTEK CT5 Start/Stop charger. I assume this is safe to use on the Mazda 3 with the Q85 battery in situ.

Why does my Mazda 3 not jump start?
