Same problem here. Mazda should stand by the product and replace it for free. The corrosion root cause is manufacturing and/or materials problem. The basket of the speaker may be cheap steal or it was manufactured in a facility under poor conditions. Or maybe the door design is flawed and lets too much moisture into it.
