What kind of battery does a Lexus CT200h have?

In the CT as with the Prius it is recommended that you run the AC with the windows shut so that the air intake for the battery cooling draws cool air.

Yes it says in the manual not to leave the key fob inside the car for an extended period of time. Additionally, several of us (including me) experienced what I would consider premature failure of the 12V battery (only lasting 2-3 years). I replaced mine with a Optima yellow top battery.
