How do I know if my all wheel drive is not working?
On ice and snow you’ll have no problem telling if AWD is working. Accelerate from stop briskly. A broken AWD car will engage the traction control (amber icon in cluster) and usually pull side to side a bit. A working AWD system might spin all 4 a bit but likely will not engage traction control.

Would up eventually the transmission failed without warning got stuck in park and had to replace the transmission twice. Now on my 3rd one with 126k miles the engine light is back on and the trac off sign is engaged.
