The 2007 Lexus RX400h does have a timing belt. The coolant needs to be changed every 60,000 miles or so.

Good luck with the replacement and I hope they give you a suitable loaner for the long repair delay. I experienced battery failure in a 2.5 year old RX400h with 29,000 miles.

Why does the back of my Lexus car vibrate?
The AWD Lexus IS is notorious for this. This vibration is especially noticed towards the rear of the car and is sometimes described as the feeling of wind blowing against the car. Unfortunately the only fix is to raise the vehicle back up closer to stock height until you hit a point where the vibration disappears.
