Is there a height control on a 2006 LX470?

How does the suspension work on a LX470?
This shock design is unique to the LX470’s height control system: the vehicle pumps pressurized fluid into and out of the shock to raise or lower the vehicle. Because the shock had broken off (luckily not damaging a nearby brake line or tire), all of the height control fluid had bled out and the car’s entire front suspension collapsed.
Why does my Lexus LX 470 sway while driving?
Sudden height variances between different sides of the LX 470 or front to rear is also a red flag. Excessive body lean or sway while driving is another indicator the active hydraulic shocks are no longer working properly. In the many cases, a suspension warning light will illuminate on the dashboard.

Can a Lexus LX470 be used as a Land Cruiser?
Will any Land cruiser lift for on the LX470 also or because of the AHC is there a different setup needed. I ask about the lx more because in my area there are more of them in good condition then the land cruiser and for slightly less money. So the more money I save on the vehicle the more I can put into the lift and tires and anything else.
