Thius, no drivers able to deliver food it will show restaurants as unavailable. Sometimes it’s the restaurant. If they have too much orders, they will turn off DD app. Or only turn it on when they need the business. Same here. Glad I’m not crazy. Yep, which is frustrating. Glad I’m not alone.
