Is it safe to buy a Kia Optima without a test?
If buying from a third-party or non-Kia dealer I would not purchase the car without the test being done as you could be taking on a host of long-term problems.

The engine on my 2012 KIA Optima EX turbo with over 130,000 miles on it, was replaced free of charge by the KIA dealership. They paid my towing bill, provided me with a very nice sedan rental car and it only took a little over a week to get the new engine installed.
