If the A/C is working properly the secondary fan will kick in and the refrigerent pipe behind the fan will be hot to the touch. Are you sure the refrigerant used last aug was original?
Why is the air con not working on my Kia?
There is no pressure in the system and the compressor clutch stays permanently engaged if the air con is switched on, it disengages when switched off which seems normal. I am not up to speed with air con systems but would assume that if there is sufficient coolant in the system then the clutch should be repeatedly cycling on and off.
