How to tell if your car has no power?
I have no electrical, wont turn over, no lights. If I put on the hazard I can hear the relay click but no lights. The parking brake light on the dash lights up but VERY faint. -New battery…nothing, still worn turn over, no power.

As you can see in the schematic, the only thing between the battery and fuse is a couple of battery cables. If no power is even reaching the fuse then one of those battery cables/wires is not making a connection. Remember that power needs a ground to complete the circuit, so the issue could also be in the battery ground cable.

There is a wire that goes to the power distribution box on the finder close to the battery, if you don’t have power to it nothing will work. Could be a dirty connection there or there is also a large main fuse in the PDB that supplies power to all circuits in the jeep. I would check the fuse box for problems.

Remember that power needs a ground to complete the circuit, so the issue could also be in the battery ground cable. It could be a corroded or dirty or loose mount or it could be the internal wiring on one of the cables is corroded and damaged so it cannot transmit power even though the outer covering still looks okay.
